Dr. Jolley is a preferred provider for all major insurance companies. If your health insurance provider is not listed on the right, please call for a complimentary benefits verification*.

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer discounts for self-pay patients. We are providers with ECS. For a $10 cost, patients can become a member for 12 months. This allows us to legally discount our fees for patients paying out-of-pocket. We have various discounts available for military, vets, single mom, students, low income and more. Call to see what discounts apply to you and your family.

Can you waive my copay?

Generally, no. In some cases of low income we can. This depends on the insurance provider and your income will need to be verified.
